1
00:00:08,740 --> 00:00:09,860
Oh, yes, come on in.

2
00:00:12,480 --> 00:00:14,860
Hi, is this the place with the hot tub
and the pool?

3
00:00:15,180 --> 00:00:17,260
Yes, it is. Are you here for the open
house? I am.

4
00:00:17,920 --> 00:00:19,380
It's nice to meet you. I'm Dakota Tyler.

5
00:00:19,700 --> 00:00:22,820
Hi, Dakota. I'm Chuck. I'm the realtor.
Nice to meet you. Oh, yeah.

6
00:00:23,120 --> 00:00:24,680
So this place is Philippe.

7
00:00:25,000 --> 00:00:26,520
It's $3 ,500 a month.

8
00:00:26,880 --> 00:00:30,160
Okay. It's a two -bedroom, two -and -a
-half bath.

9
00:00:30,380 --> 00:00:34,200
It's all one level, and it's on about
half an acre of land.

10
00:00:34,520 --> 00:00:35,520
Oh, my God.

11
00:00:35,880 --> 00:00:37,620
That sounds amazing.

12
00:00:38,760 --> 00:00:42,900
As you mentioned, there's a pool and a
hot tub and there's even a pool, a

13
00:00:42,900 --> 00:00:46,680
pool house structure as well. Oh my
goodness, I love that. That's plenty of

14
00:00:46,680 --> 00:00:48,580
photo shoot opportunities for me and my
girlfriends.

15
00:00:49,040 --> 00:00:50,040
Photo shoot opportunities?

16
00:00:50,500 --> 00:00:51,500
Mm -hmm. Are you a photographer?

17
00:00:51,780 --> 00:00:54,500
No, I do social media. I'm a social
media influencer.

18
00:00:54,780 --> 00:00:56,100
I have millions of followers.

19
00:00:56,540 --> 00:00:59,620
And, you know, my girlfriends and I, we
always like to do things where we take

20
00:00:59,620 --> 00:01:03,540
photos and stuff and, you know, a pool
and a bikini would just work out so

21
00:01:03,720 --> 00:01:04,720
Can I see it?

22
00:01:05,000 --> 00:01:06,880
Oh, yeah, sure. I can show you the pool.

23
00:01:07,200 --> 00:01:08,200
No problem.

24
00:01:08,380 --> 00:01:09,380
Right this way.

25
00:01:09,520 --> 00:01:10,520
Yes.

26
00:01:11,300 --> 00:01:14,500
All right, well, this is the outside.
There's the pool over there.

27
00:01:14,700 --> 00:01:15,700
Oh, my gosh.

28
00:01:15,820 --> 00:01:19,160
Literally, even, like, the bricks and
stuff on the ground look so good.

29
00:01:19,520 --> 00:01:25,220
You know, the owner took great care to
make this custom. This is so nice. This

30
00:01:25,220 --> 00:01:26,300
pool is huge.

31
00:01:26,800 --> 00:01:29,600
It is quite a big one, yes, indeed. Wow.

32
00:01:29,800 --> 00:01:31,100
I love it.

33
00:01:31,820 --> 00:01:33,420
And there's a hot tub.

34
00:01:34,880 --> 00:01:36,500
Icing on the cake, right? Yeah.

35
00:01:37,000 --> 00:01:38,000
I want to touch it.

36
00:01:39,160 --> 00:01:41,340
It's so warm. Is it hot enough for you?
Mm -hmm.

37
00:01:41,660 --> 00:01:45,440
Oh, my God. I adore this.

38
00:01:46,000 --> 00:01:47,500
This is so nice.

39
00:01:48,100 --> 00:01:52,200
Well, you know, it's great for those
January nights, you know, cold outside,

40
00:01:52,560 --> 00:01:54,360
warm in the steam rising.

41
00:01:54,620 --> 00:01:58,480
Yeah. Oh, my God. This would be amazing
just for, like, friend hangouts also.

42
00:01:58,980 --> 00:02:00,400
Of course, check out the barbecue area.

43
00:02:00,700 --> 00:02:01,700
Oh, my God.

44
00:02:02,340 --> 00:02:06,540
You could have a Fourth of July party.
Yeah. Yeah, I can throw so many content

45
00:02:06,540 --> 00:02:07,540
parties at this house.

46
00:02:07,940 --> 00:02:08,940
What's a content party?

47
00:02:09,280 --> 00:02:14,740
It's like when everybody in the social
media job area, we all get together and

48
00:02:14,740 --> 00:02:16,940
throw parties and take really cool
pictures.

49
00:02:17,280 --> 00:02:20,980
And because this house is so great,
there's so many photo opportunities

50
00:02:20,980 --> 00:02:24,820
is so photogenic. Look at that. I mean,
just look at that. It looks so good.

51
00:02:25,140 --> 00:02:29,540
Yeah. I like the idea of these content
parts, so everyone's creating content,

52
00:02:29,760 --> 00:02:33,160
digital content. I get it. I get it. Do
you ever use film sometimes?

53
00:02:33,560 --> 00:02:34,560
Sometimes, yeah.

54
00:02:34,650 --> 00:02:35,750
Old school. I love it.

55
00:02:36,590 --> 00:02:37,590
We'll check out the pool.

56
00:02:38,270 --> 00:02:40,170
It's very warm.

57
00:02:40,410 --> 00:02:41,990
I need this place.

58
00:02:42,290 --> 00:02:43,290
It's so good.

59
00:02:43,510 --> 00:02:44,710
And you're sure you can afford it?

60
00:02:44,970 --> 00:02:45,970
Mm -hmm.

61
00:02:46,590 --> 00:02:48,490
Oh, my God. I love it.

62
00:02:48,770 --> 00:02:53,090
How many million followers did you say
you have? I have like three million.

63
00:02:53,670 --> 00:02:57,330
I mean, I have to ask anyway how much
money you make. So how much does someone

64
00:02:57,330 --> 00:02:58,910
who has three million followers make a
month?

65
00:02:59,310 --> 00:03:02,590
I probably make like 80K a month.

66
00:03:03,050 --> 00:03:04,050
What? Yeah.

67
00:03:04,870 --> 00:03:06,030
Did you say 8K?

68
00:03:06,710 --> 00:03:08,210
80. 80K?

69
00:03:08,490 --> 00:03:10,810
Yeah. K as in thousand. Mm -hmm.

70
00:03:11,050 --> 00:03:13,130
You make $80 ,000 a month? Mm -hmm.

71
00:03:14,770 --> 00:03:16,170
Yeah, I know, right?

72
00:03:16,990 --> 00:03:18,730
Hopefully it'll be good for the town.

73
00:03:19,450 --> 00:03:23,130
Are you pranking me? Mm -mm. Do you have
documentation to back this up? Yeah.

74
00:03:24,010 --> 00:03:25,010
Wow.

75
00:03:25,690 --> 00:03:26,990
I'm in the wrong business.

76
00:03:27,450 --> 00:03:31,430
Mm -hmm. So you can definitely afford
the $3 ,500, $3 ,700 for this place.

77
00:03:31,650 --> 00:03:32,459
Mm -hmm.

78
00:03:32,460 --> 00:03:34,680
you know, the market isn't too
competitive right now.

79
00:03:36,180 --> 00:03:41,480
Um, well, I do have to do, you know, a
background check, a credit check, and

80
00:03:41,480 --> 00:03:45,340
there's other people interested, but if
you really make that much money, you

81
00:03:45,340 --> 00:03:49,400
should, there's really, you should get
this place. You should. Cool.

82
00:03:49,660 --> 00:03:52,880
Do you want to go talk about it in the,
uh, talk about the terms?

83
00:03:57,520 --> 00:04:03,760
So you have to 3 ,500 if you, um, Don't
like the furniture, but the whole place

84
00:04:03,760 --> 00:04:07,780
comes furnished for $3 ,700 a month. Oh,
that makes life so easy.

85
00:04:08,220 --> 00:04:09,220
Yes, yes, yes.

86
00:04:11,040 --> 00:04:12,920
Oh, wow. So, have a seat.

87
00:04:13,140 --> 00:04:15,940
Okay. This is your very own pool house
if you get this place.

88
00:04:16,220 --> 00:04:17,220
I love it.

89
00:04:17,940 --> 00:04:18,940
Okay.

90
00:04:19,260 --> 00:04:23,180
So, I assume you have work permits and
all that stuff, W -9 info.

91
00:04:23,540 --> 00:04:24,540
Mm -hmm.

92
00:04:25,140 --> 00:04:27,240
Bank receipts. Yeah. Deposits.

93
00:04:27,480 --> 00:04:28,480
Mm -hmm.

94
00:04:29,920 --> 00:04:33,800
All right, well, let me run the credit
check, and then I'll put you in with the

95
00:04:33,800 --> 00:04:38,100
other candidates, and you should have an
answer by next Monday.

96
00:04:38,680 --> 00:04:43,180
I'm sorry, other candidates? There's,
like, a list of people?

97
00:04:43,780 --> 00:04:46,740
Yes, there's a few other interested
parties.

98
00:04:47,280 --> 00:04:51,780
Three have already submitted a credit
check, and we have a couple more people

99
00:04:51,780 --> 00:04:52,780
coming this afternoon.

100
00:04:53,820 --> 00:04:59,020
But I'm a fair landlord. I can
certainly...

101
00:05:01,520 --> 00:05:03,480
be equitable in my decisions.

102
00:05:04,640 --> 00:05:10,760
Well, is there any way to, you know, get
rid of those candidates?

103
00:05:11,040 --> 00:05:13,060
I mean, I'm willing to do anything.

104
00:05:14,240 --> 00:05:18,120
And also, if you give me this house,
then, you know, you can come to those

105
00:05:18,120 --> 00:05:19,120
shoots that I have.

106
00:05:20,660 --> 00:05:24,860
The content parties you said? Those do
sound quite fun.

107
00:05:25,160 --> 00:05:26,280
Girls in bikinis.

108
00:05:27,320 --> 00:05:29,620
Girls in bikinis and girls without
bikinis.

109
00:05:30,160 --> 00:05:31,300
What? And their clothes.

110
00:05:31,680 --> 00:05:32,680
Mm -hmm.

111
00:05:33,140 --> 00:05:36,620
Wait, you do, like, nudes? Yeah, like
this.

112
00:05:37,860 --> 00:05:39,020
What the heck?

113
00:05:39,580 --> 00:05:40,580
You're not wearing a bra.

114
00:05:41,020 --> 00:05:42,020
Mm -mm.

115
00:05:42,120 --> 00:05:43,560
I like something crazy.

116
00:05:44,420 --> 00:05:45,420
I like crazy?

117
00:05:45,900 --> 00:05:46,900
Mm -hmm.

118
00:05:47,480 --> 00:05:48,480
What is that?

119
00:05:49,500 --> 00:05:50,500
What is this room?

120
00:05:50,840 --> 00:05:51,860
Are you a hologram?

121
00:05:52,560 --> 00:05:55,120
I'm not wearing any pants either. Oh,
you are?

122
00:05:57,530 --> 00:05:58,530
Yeah.

123
00:05:58,950 --> 00:06:03,010
Is this just how you dress in life? No
bra, no underwear, no carry?

124
00:06:03,250 --> 00:06:04,069
Mm -hmm.

125
00:06:04,070 --> 00:06:08,450
I mean, you're so attractive. I'm just
kind of confused. Why are you... Why did

126
00:06:08,450 --> 00:06:09,229
you get naked?

127
00:06:09,230 --> 00:06:13,670
Well, I don't know. Like, I just get so
many hugs from those content parties.

128
00:06:13,910 --> 00:06:17,890
And if you were to come to some of them,
you know, maybe I can give you a

129
00:06:17,890 --> 00:06:21,130
little, like, pre -run of how it would
go if you came.

130
00:06:21,550 --> 00:06:22,550
Are you serious?

131
00:06:22,730 --> 00:06:23,730
Mm -hmm.

132
00:06:25,290 --> 00:06:26,290
Oh.

133
00:06:28,330 --> 00:06:30,970
Oh. This is beyond rated R.

134
00:06:34,230 --> 00:06:34,850
Lean

135
00:06:34,850 --> 00:06:43,030
back

136
00:06:43,030 --> 00:06:44,030
a little bit.

137
00:06:45,510 --> 00:06:51,630
No, I can't promise that this little
show is going to guarantee bypassing the

138
00:06:51,630 --> 00:06:54,130
line, but it's...

139
00:06:58,030 --> 00:06:59,410
You want to go all the way? Mm -hmm.

140
00:07:00,330 --> 00:07:01,330
Oh.

141
00:07:02,490 --> 00:07:03,590
It's unethical.

142
00:07:04,070 --> 00:07:05,570
Yeah, but no one's going to know.

143
00:07:07,350 --> 00:07:08,350
Mind.

144
00:07:11,410 --> 00:07:12,410
Oh.

145
00:07:13,250 --> 00:07:14,430
It's so hard to say no.

146
00:07:14,810 --> 00:07:16,050
Well, then you should say yes.

147
00:07:30,420 --> 00:07:31,460
Permission to enter?

148
00:07:31,920 --> 00:07:32,920
Permission granted.

149
00:07:33,380 --> 00:07:35,960
Okay. You both said it, so...

150
00:07:56,910 --> 00:07:57,910
So good.

151
00:08:00,890 --> 00:08:02,310
Can I try two fingers?

152
00:08:02,610 --> 00:08:03,610
Mm -hmm.

153
00:09:16,680 --> 00:09:18,280
I mean, it's just the perfect vagina.

154
00:09:18,640 --> 00:09:19,640
Yeah.

155
00:09:20,620 --> 00:09:25,000
Do you mind if I taste it? I want it. I
want it. I want it. I want it.

156
00:09:25,640 --> 00:09:27,260
Come eat this pussy, Chuck.

157
00:09:29,020 --> 00:09:30,180
That day in my life?

158
00:09:30,380 --> 00:09:31,380
Mm -hmm.

159
00:09:32,480 --> 00:09:33,500
Oh, wow.

160
00:09:33,720 --> 00:09:36,900
I get so lucky to have you walk into my
open house.

161
00:10:56,910 --> 00:10:57,910
a few miles away.

162
00:10:58,070 --> 00:10:59,630
But yours mainly.

163
00:12:04,270 --> 00:12:05,750
Oh, wait, throughout my lips, you're on
your cock.

164
00:21:04,110 --> 00:21:05,110
Fuck you.

165
00:21:08,010 --> 00:21:08,450
All

166
00:21:08,450 --> 00:21:17,270
right,

167
00:21:17,270 --> 00:21:19,810
now just move your face a little bit
down. Yeah.

168
00:21:20,210 --> 00:21:21,450
Keep going all the way down.

169
00:21:35,790 --> 00:21:36,790
That's your own answer.

170
00:26:23,050 --> 00:26:24,050
and let's see if...

171
00:31:56,910 --> 00:31:58,130
I didn't think people did that in real
life

172
00:32:26,040 --> 00:32:27,040
back in, Chuck.

173
00:32:28,400 --> 00:32:31,940
The lowdown pussy is low.

174
00:32:33,800 --> 00:32:34,980
Fuck yes.

175
00:33:33,390 --> 00:33:34,390
Let's do it.

176
00:35:03,920 --> 00:35:05,000
Right now.

177
00:35:10,060 --> 00:35:11,060
Yes,

178
00:35:18,560 --> 00:35:19,560
we avoided your eyes.

179
00:35:19,680 --> 00:35:20,680
Yeah.

180
00:35:21,360 --> 00:35:23,080
Hold on, I need to go grab my phone.

181
00:35:23,400 --> 00:35:24,400
Okay.

182
00:35:24,740 --> 00:35:25,880
Why are you calling me?

183
00:35:26,840 --> 00:35:30,120
Now, this would make for great content.

184
00:35:34,670 --> 00:35:35,750
I mean, the wrong shoe, the better.

185
00:35:36,230 --> 00:35:37,230
Oh.

186
00:35:37,490 --> 00:35:39,070
I'm going to make sure your dick is in
it.

187
00:35:41,450 --> 00:35:42,970
Tell me when so I can flex it.

188
00:35:43,870 --> 00:35:44,870
Right now.

189
00:35:45,470 --> 00:35:50,010
I got it. Really? Mm -hmm. That gets a
click? Mm -hmm.

190
00:35:50,230 --> 00:35:51,209
All right.

191
00:35:51,210 --> 00:35:53,690
Yeah. Well, I've got good news for you.
What?

192
00:35:53,970 --> 00:35:55,010
This is now your plate.

193
00:35:55,390 --> 00:35:56,390
Oh, yay!

194
00:35:57,130 --> 00:35:58,870
That is amazing.

195
00:35:59,390 --> 00:36:00,810
Can I still come to the content parties?

196
00:36:01,070 --> 00:36:02,830
Mm -hmm. Oh, crap. You're the best.

197
00:36:03,030 --> 00:36:05,170
Yeah. Alright, let's go get the
paperwork started up.
